UK Delivery:
All orders are sent with Royal Mail via either 1st or 2nd class (selected at checkout by the payer). We regret that we are unable to offer tracked delivery.
We anticipate orders to arrive within 7 working days after dispatch to most of mainland UK. Please contact us if your pack has not arrived within 10 working days. Please be aware that remote areas may take longer.

We are able to ship to most EU countries. If a delivery price is not available for your country at checkout, regretfully we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

In the instance that your pack has not arrived after 30 working days, please contact us so that we can check the delivery address is correct and discuss options. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to influence the speed of delivery. All orders are sent with the correct customs forms. Additional hold ups and/or VAT/import/customs/handling fees are payable by the customer and are not the responsibility of Wild Futures to pay. Each country has their own rules and costs, so unfortunately we’re unable to give you exact information regarding this.
